been a while since i updated….sorry!!
so this week has been quite eventful, mainly preparing the song for the ndp song competition….
monday was rushing out a song(we used half of lit period!) and then to hpb for my check up thing. i was running around bare footed. lol!
tuesday was learning the song the class did, changing it a bit and working out something for a second audition…. and the worst thing ever happened, ms ho is leaving us!!!!!D: i almost cried, luckily my altos cheered me up. choir with the temporary instructor was weird:/
wednesday was taf in the morning, doing the song again during recess and assembly and going for the rehearsal after school. a lot of classes are doing the same song as us…. oh wells…:/
thursday was doing the song, goofing off in class after school and japanese test and project practice. i have to wear a dress for the presentation!!!!:O
today was super fun!!! went school early to run through the song. practiced and tried combining the guitar, piano + violin and our singing together in the hall before morning assembly. then had the ndp parade by our school’s uniformed groups:) guanzhong was a flag bearer LOL!:) then went to prepare and did some last minute adjustments and stuff…… performed and it felt great and FUN(which is the most important thing, i guess(: ) then went to get our bags from the side of hall… mich was crying cos she crewed up and julian was damn pissed off about something….
then we went to sit in the hall, some of the awesome threesix sat together and were damn high, singing along to the tag songs and waving our hands in the air, coordinating which hand to wave. LOL! then we were all laughing and singing along, shouting and cheering for random things!!! just enjoying ourselves:) found out that we got third place for the competition, but the most important thing is the FUN we had!!:D
then we went to class to slack during our ‘break’ before people started coming back. found out that the av crew accidentally switched off the mic for julian’s violin which is why he was so pissed… emer managed to get woo sik to play the guitar so we were all watching and listening… sheryl and luoyi now see julian and woo sik in a new light now,lols… then did the ne quiz, my group lost but once again we had fun so it doesn’t matter:)
then slacked around and took bus and mrt with mich,judea,jiamin,guanzhong,ghee,jazreel and xiaoshi(is that her name?:X) chatted and laughed a LOT! stopped off at bedok and came home. then went airport with the siblings for lunch and to fetch my dad. went to sakae sushi for dinner then slacked around and came home…..
now i’m bored and missing threesix…gonna meet my ss group(luoyi,jiamin,shiwei and miranda) on sunday to finish doing the project:) can’t wait!
i think i’m becoming more studious now, in a way, though it’s sad that i can only study in the dead of the night when nobody else, except maybe my sister, is awake so i can study in peace…. so normally i only start studying after ten:/ but i do hope my results turn out to be better….
i dunno whether i wanna go for choir now. without ms ho, it certainly feels super weird and unusual… it’s so not fun or interesting anymore…..:( but at least i got my awesome altos!!!:))))
